Police station

My experience seemed a bit different from others who came here and I was expecting a long wait or a poor experience in submitting a report. I am happy to say that my expectation was unfounded. I arrived, gave my report with help from the officer and left with my Report ID number. I did not need to wait to make the report and had all the information required so maybe that helped a bit.

I am hoping to purchase a vintage trailer in the next few days. Wanted to ensure it wasn't stolen. The female officer who took my call was helpful, guided me to the CPIC website so I could sort all of this out. Saved me a trip to their office and provided a solution that was easy. Thank you for your help!

The woman officer at the desk was too rude to be professional. Laughed at me when I asked to use a stapler to add a 2nd page to my incident report. There was 3 people at the desk in total and only 1 person was taking peoples #’s. I would recommend going all the way to the one in the East they have the fastest service and are courteous, respectful and have excellent customer service. Definitely learned my lesson and will NEVER come to this location again.

Amazing service via phone. It's incredibly frustrating with covid times but the folks at Hamilton Police were very hospitable.Chris with badge number 125415, was very attentive to all my questions and very helpful and understanding. Thank you Chris once again.

I had to go there to report being a victim of a scam. Initially not very supportive. But the officer on duty noted my reaction and satisfactorily changed approach to one more supportive and non-judgmental. I experienced relief after my visit to the station even though nothing more could be done on my behalf.

Fuxxxxk the Feds, they get no respect. They will kill us, than to protect us as citizens. They shot my little brother four times in the back. #PunkBxtch

I’ve been in the process of changing my name, and getting a police record check has been harder than it should be. I brought in what I thought to be the correct forms, and I was laughed at. They can’t print you the right form, even though they have it. I called to clarify what form I should bring, and I was told to call the info line again which has none of the info I need. I am simply just looking for “bring in X form”. I hope in time that your system changes, and you are able to help the citizens that pay your bills. The actual police I’ve dealt with through living in London have been helpful and considerate, and I want to point out that none of this is any officers fault. I simply just hoped to receive more help inside of the office.

Pire expérience téléphonique avec un agent de la paix il m’a raccroché au nez pour aucune raison (3 juin 4am) un vraiment bon rien on n’accepte aucun manque de respect cet agent (masculin)il ne m’as jamais donné son numéro de matricule il donne une image patetique du svpm j’espère sincèrement qu’il y aura réprimande/sanction a cet personne qui ne devrait parler a un citoyen de cette façon…

police useless they are not doing their jobs at all. a few years ago one day morning I found that my car parked on the street was stolen I reported to the police you know what they said to me? don't worry it's just joy ride when the thief finished the joy ride they will park the car somewhere and the people will report to us and we will call you and you go to pick up the car then done! ha ha ha !" small case let it go ya ? but you know small matter will become bigger! shame on you! when you take salary think about what you did."

The worst experience ever. The officer from this police station used the excuse of Covid lockdown to not even hear my complaint. I was completely new and unaware and instead of helping me, the lady officer started screaming pandemic. It's very sad to see such a pathetic response when a person is genuinely seeking help. Please don't use Covid as an excuse to not help people and avoid work.
